LTC typically confirms in under 2 minutes. BTC can take 10–30 minutes depending on network congestion. Your order page updates automatically once payment is detected, don't close it until you see confirmation.

My invoice still says "awaiting payment" but I already sent. Is this normal?

Yes, for a short period. Transactions take a few minutes to appear on-chain; if you're withdrawing from an exchange like CoinSpot, you'll also need to confirm their withdrawal email first. Keep the invoice page open, it updates automatically once your payment is detected.

Use the "Copy exact amount" button or scan the QR code directly, don't manually type the amount. Even a tiny rounding difference can cause issues. If you're using an exchange, double-check the withdrawal amount matches exactly.

No, your funds are safe. Reach out to us at support@ozpeps.is with your order number and transaction ID (txid) and we'll manually match your payment to your order and get it sorted.

We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post. Standard delivery is 2–5 business days metro, 3–7 days regional.

Lyophilised (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct light. Long-term storage at −20°C is recommended. Once reconstituted, store at 2–8°C and use within the timeframe indicated on the product.

Orders can be cancelled before payment, simply let the invoice expire. Once payment is confirmed we begin processing immediately and cancellations aren't possible. Contact us as soon as possible if there's an issue.

Contact us immediately at support@ozpeps.is with your order number. If your order hasn't shipped we can update the address. Once shipped we're unable to redirect the parcel.

Only what's needed to fulfil your order: name, shipping address, and email. We don't store payment details, crypto transactions go directly through BTCPay Server with no card data involved.

Is my order anonymous?

We need a name and address for shipping, so orders aren't fully anonymous. However, crypto payments mean there's no bank or payment processor record linking your identity to a purchase. We don't share customer data with any third parties.
