Reconstitution Calculator
Enter your vial content, BAC water volume, and desired dose to calculate the exact draw volume, in mL and insulin syringe units.
About this calculator
Peptides are supplied as lyophilised powder and must be reconstituted with bacteriostatic water before use. Add a precise volume of BAC water to create a solution at a known concentration, this determines how much to draw for any given dose.
Supports standard peptides (dosed in mcg or mg) and HGH (dosed in IU). For a step-by-step guide covering technique, storage, and shelf life, see the reconstitution guide. Bacteriostatic water available in the supplies section.

Vial Setup
mg of peptide in the vial, not the vial volume
Desired Dose
How It Works
Concentration = vial content ÷ BAC water. E.g. 10mg in 2mL = 5 mg/mL. HGH: 10 IU in 1mL = 10 IU/mL.
Draw volume = dose ÷ concentration. On a 100-unit syringe, 1 unit = 0.01mL.
Syringe reading = draw volume × 100. Read this number off the barrel.
